Food & Treats
The most important thing you can do for your dog is feed them a quality diet. Be mindful of harmful ingredients that could affect your pet's overall health & well-being,
Raw & Freeze/Air-Dried Food
After seeing the benefits of switching my pets to a raw food diet, I can honestly say this is the best of the best that you can do for your pets. There are several brands out there to choose from, but the bottom like remains the same - READ THE INGREDIENTS! Feeding your dog a species appropriate diet can extend their lives and improve the quality of their skin, coat, teeth, and overall health.
Treats
When considering training treats (other than their daily meal), again, pay attention to the ingredients, but also opt for softer treats that don't crumble so easily. This will make it easier to quickly reward your dog and prevent them from getting pieces of treats all over the ground. That can be very distracting during training sessions.
